If your Facebook account has been assigned to you by an administrator,different or additional terms of use may apply and your administrator may be able toaccess or disable your account.
To protect your Facebook account, keep your password confidential. You areresponsible for the activity in or through your Facebook account. Be careful not to usethe same password as the one associated with your Facebook and Lokmi account inthird-party applications.
Our Service imports, stores the advertising content of your Facebook advertisingaccount. You retain all your intellectual property rights to these contents. In short,what is yours is yours.
When you import, submit, store through our Services, you grant Reversim (and anyoneworking with Reversim) a worldwide license to use, host, store, store, reproduce. Therights you grant under this license are limited to operating or improving our Services,or developing new Services. This authorization remains in effect for the entireduration of your Lokmi account. Ensure that you have all the rights to grant us thislicense with respect to the content you submit to our Services.

In no event shall Reversim, its suppliers and distributors be liable for any loss ordamage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
We recognize that in some countries, you may have certain rights as a consumer. Ifyou use the Services for personal use, nothing in these Terms of Use or any additionalterms of use limits the consumer's legal rights from which no contract may bederogated from.

If you are a professional user in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, theseterms and conditions are governed by French law. You and Reversim submit to theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris for any dispute arising out of or related tothese terms and conditions. However, Reversim remains able to seek injunctive relief(or other equivalent emergency legal measures) from any jurisdiction.
The Platform collects the surnames, forenames, telephones or e-mail addresses ofnatural persons as representatives and collaborators of the intervening companies. Inaccordance with the provisions of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the RGPD, aProtection Officer has been appointed under number DPO-61821.
Personal data
The personal data collected are exclusively intended for the use of Reversim SAS tocarry out the operations specified in the introduction of these General Conditions ofUse.
